Zola understands that we are living in an ever-evolving world. We know that there are various modalities and approaches that continue to expand daily. With that, we encourage our team to “nerd out” over what they are passionate about. Whether that looks like continuing education courses, expanded licensure, or anything else, our leadership completely backs our staff to become experts at their craft.

Zola understands that we cannot show up for our clients entirely if we do not care for ourselves as well. Zola encourages flexibility within our workdays, paid vacation time, and a healthy work/life boundary that allows our staff to show up completely for our clients and themselves.
